Title. I’m very confused about this.

I’m looking to go on a vitaline-only diet for a long time, and looking into which option is the best for me to get full nutrition so I don’t develop any microelement deficiencies. Pouches, bars? Which flavor?

Hello @biohacker !

Thanks for asking.

**Short answer**
All **our products are “nutritionally complete”** , so you will be covered from deficiencies.

Also, there is **no scientific consensus for the “Adequate Intake”** (and hence “Daily Values”) for some minerals, and/or the figure is evolving, you should hence not worry about it.
Take [the latest report from EFSA (4th Sept 2019)](https://efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.2903/sp.efsa.2017.e15121) : “The Panel concludes that the setting of an Adequate Intake for chromium is also not appropriate.”

Let met check with the team for the details.
