Vitaline and Brexit 🇬🇧: you can still receive your Vitaline orders in the UK!

Hi everyone!

Following the UK withdrawal from the EU in 2021, we wanted to give you a quick update on the impact of Brexit on your relationship with Vitaline. :wink:

For orders to the UK with a value of less than €159.99 (excl. tax):

  • For now, we are not registered to collect UK VAT so we can no longer send these orders.

For orders with a value of more than €160 (excl. tax):

  • These orders will be invoiced to you without french VAT (-5,5%). We offer delivery but we charge €4.90 corresponding to transporter UK overcharge since Brexit.

  • You should be contacted by customs for goods clearance but shouldn’t have to pay for VAT since it’s 0% on food products however you should be charged 12 GBP (sic !) for clearance services.

We apologize for this inconvenience beyond our control. :pensive:

Finally you can still enjoy your Vitaline products by ordering for more than 160€! :sweat_smile:
